Warranty & Aftercare

At Airee Group Ltd, we stand behind the quality of our workmanship and the products we install. Our warranty and aftercare support is designed to give you peace of mind and ensure your system continues to perform safely and efficiently.

Workmanship Warranty

All installations carried out by Airee Group Ltd are covered by a minimum 2-year workmanship warranty, in line with applicable UK standards, manufacturer guidance, and industry best practice.

This covers defects in installation workmanship, including:

  • Incorrect installation

  • Poor workmanship

  • Issues arising directly from installation practices

This warranty does not cover faults caused by:

  • Manufacturer defects (covered separately by product warranties)

  • Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage

  • Third-party interference or modification

  • Normal wear and tear

Manufacturer Product Warranties

Most equipment supplied and installed by Airee is covered by manufacturer warranties, which may include:

  • Solar PV Panels: Typically 10–25 years product warranty and 25+ years performance warranty

  • Inverters: Typically 5–10 years (extendable on some models)

  • Battery Storage Systems: Typically 5–10 years

  • Air Source Heat Pumps: Typically 5–7 years (extendable on many brands)

  • Underfloor Heating Components: Pipework typically 25+ years

  • Air Conditioning Systems: Typically 3–7 years

Exact warranty terms vary by manufacturer and product. Full warranty details will be provided at handover.

Aftercare & Support

We offer ongoing aftercare and support to help you get the best from your system, including:

  • System handover and user guidance

  • Access to monitoring platforms and apps

  • Telephone and email technical support

  • Advice on system optimisation and usage

Maintenance & Servicing

Some systems require regular servicing to maintain performance and manufacturer warranty validity, including:

  • Air source heat pumps

  • Air conditioning systems

  • Mechanical ventilation (MVHR)

We can provide servicing and maintenance packages upon request. Failure to maintain equipment in line with manufacturer requirements may invalidate certain warranties.

We will aim to respond to all aftercare and fault reports promptly and will advise on next steps, including whether the issue is covered under workmanship or manufacturer warranty.

What Is Not Covered

Our warranties and aftercare do not cover:

  • Damage caused by external factors (flooding, fire, lightning, power surges, etc.)

  • Grid supply issues or DNO-related faults

  • Changes to building fabric affecting system performance

  • Consumables and routine maintenance items
