Solar PV Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company” means Airee Group Ltd.
“Customer” means the person or company purchasing the system.
“System” means the Solar PV installation, including battery storage where included as part of the Solar PV system.
“Contract” means the agreement formed when the Customer accepts the Company’s quotation.

2. Scope of Works

The Company shall design, supply and install a Solar PV system at the Customer’s property in accordance with applicable UK standards, manufacturer guidance, and industry best practice.

Where battery storage is included, this forms part of the Solar PV system. Standalone battery-only systems are not included unless separately agreed in writing.

3. Quotations

All quotations are based on information provided by the Customer and are subject to confirmation by a site survey. The Company reserves the right to revise the quotation if the site survey identifies changes to access, roof structure, electrical supply, or other constraints.

4. Planning and Grid Approvals

The Customer is responsible for confirming whether planning permission or landlord consent is required. The Company will manage the required DNO (G98 or G99) application for grid connection, but installation is subject to approval by the Distribution Network Operator.

5. Installation

Installation will be carried out in accordance with applicable UK standards and manufacturer guidance. The Customer shall provide safe access, electricity supply, and suitable working conditions.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are as set out in the quotation. Deposits are limited in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. Ownership of Equipment

All equipment remains the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

8. Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS) Certification Status

At the time of contract formation, Airee Group Ltd may be undergoing certification under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS). Where certification approval is pending, all system design, supply and installation works will be completed in accordance with applicable MCS standards, industry best practice, and relevant UK regulations. MCS certification will be issued upon scheme approval where permissible, and no representation is made that the Company is MCS certified until formal accreditation has been granted.

9. Warranties

Equipment warranties are provided by the relevant manufacturers and are subject to their individual terms and conditions.

All installations carried out by the Company are covered by a minimum 2-year workmanship warranty, in line with applicable UK standards, manufacturer guidance, and industry best practice. This warranty covers defects arising directly from installation workmanship.

The workmanship warranty does not cover faults caused by manufacturer defects, misuse, neglect, accidental damage, third-party interference or modification, or normal wear and tear.

10. Export and Savings

The Company does not guarantee any level of electricity generation, export payments, or financial savings. Export eligibility is subject to customer eligibility and third-party supplier requirements.

11. Variations

Any changes to the agreed system design must be agreed in writing and may result in a price adjustment.

12. Cancellations and Consumer Rights

Customers have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days of acceptance in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. Cancellation instructions are provided with the quotation.

13. Complaints

The Company operates a formal complaints procedure in line with its Consumer Code obligations. Details are available on request or included in the handover pack.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company’s liability is limited to the value of the Contract, except where prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Governing Law

This contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
